Users unable to login
Resolved - Service in all production environments has been fully restored. All our automated and manual tests have confirmed full functionality. We will continue to monitor our hosting provider's updates on their full recovery.

Update - The Commercial production environment now appears to be recovering. We are running tests on all production environments to validate that they have fully recovered.

Monitoring - Services have begun to be restored to our US Government production environment. We are still seeing a service outage in our Commercial production environment. We are continuing to monitor the recovery and will provide another update shortly.

Update - We are continuing to monitor updates and on the issues with our hosting provider.

Identified - Within the past 1.5 hours our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, reported and interruption in service that is affecting one of the data centers in which our primary services are hosted. This issue is preventing users from logging in or using the AcheiveIt services.

We are continuing to monitor updates from Azure and will update this incident as we receive more information.
