The Commercial production environment now appears to be recovering. We are running tests on all production environments to validate that they have fully recovered.

Services have begun to be restored to our US Government production environment. We are still seeing a service outage in our Commercial production environment. We are continuing to monitor the recovery and will provide another update shortly.

Identified -
Within the past 1.5 hours our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, reported and interruption in service that is affecting one of the data centers in which our primary services are hosted. This issue is preventing users from logging in or using the AcheiveIt services.
We are continuing to monitor updates from Azure and will update this incident as we receive more information.
